The HomeBucks Buyers Rebate Facts
At HomeBucks Realty™ we understand that our “Commission Rebate Program” is VERY new to the Real Estate Industry. Because of this we hope the following “Rebate Facts” will help to further describe our program, and answer any questions you may have regarding this consumer friendly program.
- The HomeBucks Realty™ “Buyer Rebate Program” is 100% COMPLETELY LEGAL in the State of Maryland.
- Some people in the Real Estate Industry sometimes question this. We assure you that this program abides by all legal requirements. Please feel free to click on the click provided below to read the Maryland Real Estate Commission’s specific opinion on Buyer’s Rebates.

- Our “Buyer Rebate” works great with most NEW HOME BUILDERS and DEVELOPERS.
- Most, but not all, homebuilders pay a commission to Buyer’s Agents of 2-3% of your New Home Sales Price. Remember, with or without a Buyer’s Agent, the builder must legally sell the home for the same price. So, if you are potentially looking to purchase a “Brand New Home” from a builder in a development, simply contacting us before you start visiting developments, WILL save you thousands on a purchase you are going to make anyway!To clarify, call us and we will schedule an agent to meet directly at the developments you choose to visit. Once we register you directly during your first visit, your Rebate is locked in, any if you don’t buy until a future visit.
- The HomeBucks Realty™ “Buyer Rebate” program in DOES NOT increase the sale’s price of your home purchase.
- In fact, this rebate allows you to pay thousands less than the actual listed price. Thousands less than other buyers being represented by other LESS Generous Real Estate Estate Companies!
- The eSAVE Buyer Rebate you receive is paid to you…NOT by you. The rebate you receive is paid from the commission we earn as your “Buyer’s Agent”. In the majority of home sales, the home seller pays 100% of our commission. You, the buyer, pays NO Commission!
SOME WORDS OF CAUTION WHEN PLANNING TO USE THE HOMEBUCKS REALTY™ REBATE:
- Make absolutely sure you DO NOT sign a buyer’s agent agreement / contract with any other Real Estate Agent until you are 100% sure that is who you wish to use!
- This agreement may bind you to using that particular agent throughout your entire home search, and will DISQUALIFY you from receiving the “HomeBucks Realty™ Rebate”.
- Always get any rebate agreement offered in writing. Make sure it is something you can take to your attorney, if need be.
- There are a few, but not many, competing Real Estate Companies who offer a Rebate, many of the programs they offer are littered with rules and restrictions. At HomeBucks Realty™, we put our “Rebate Program” IN WRITING. This agreement is easy to comprehend because it is a simple agreement, we have NO CATCH!
- Watch out for agents that offer buyer's rebates based on you having to buy and sell your home through that particular agent.
- At HomeBucks Realty™ we will ALWAYS offer you a buyer’s rebate even if you do not list your home with us, and all you do is buy your next home from us.
